APC eyes four seats in Upper East

The Upper East Regional Executive of the All People’s Congress(APC) are determined to capture four seats from the ruling National Democratic Congress in the region.

The APC started its operations  in the region in April this year and already, it has all its executive machinery in place to help execute the job.

Briefing in an interview at  Bolgatanga last Saturday about the APC’s activities, the Regional Vice Chairman of the party, Mr Richard Ayamga, intimated that although the party was new on the political scene, the executive had already started their campaigns and were firmly on the ground to win votes for the party.


Mr Ayamga said the launch of the national campaign and the introduction of the running mate, Mr Emmanuel Carl Bartels, to the people of the region had been re-scheduled for Saturday, October 1, 2016 instead of Saturday September 24, 2016.
