The Ghana Premier League is set to delay for a little while after one Baba Alhassan ordered for a motion of interlocutory injunction restraining the Ghana Football Association (GFA) from commencing the 2015/16 Premier league season.
The Ghana FA has faced lots of legal tussles with the pending being the eligibility or otherwise of Techiman City playing in the top flight of the Ghana league and though details are scanty, it is believed the case of Techiman City has attracted this injunction.
The solicitor of the plaintiff is Oseawour Chambers & Co and filed the injunction at the High Court of Justice, today, the 18th of February 2016.
It however remains unclear whether the FA has been served with a copy of the Injunction.
