The disgruntled Presidential Candidate, Of The All People’s Congress Dr. Hassan Ayariga, has threatened to annul the entire results of The 2016 Presidential And Parliamentary Elections, should The Electoral Commission uphold his disqualification from The Presidential Race.
“In an unlikely event, where The EC succeeds in booting me out of The Race, after battling it out in Court, and goes on to commit a small mistake in The electoral process, I will resort to Court, to cancel The Election Results”
Addressing, a handful of party supporters, in The Ashaiman Constituency, as part of efforts to launch The Campaign, of The Party’s Parliamentary Candidate, Yakubu Musah, the disgruntled Presidential Candidate, asked supporters to vote The APC into power.
He encouraged supporters of The party, to keep hope alive. He stressed that, his expulsion from The Presidential Race, will not materialize.
He, therefore, charged the electorate, to vote him into power to solve what he described, as ailing economy. The comical APC’s Presidential Hopeful, rhetorically, questioned, if filing The Presidential Form was, his first time hence his exclusion from The Race.
The APC’s Presidential Candidate, further questioned The Chairperson Of The Electoral Commission Madam Charlotte Osei, if she has never made a mistake in filling a form before. Sounding more confident, he said, a future APC Government, will broaden The Science Base, to quadruple The Country’s foreign remittances.
“We don’t need mineral resources, to survive, as a Country, if we are able to broaden our Science Resource Base” he lamented. According to him, Ghana can learn from The Chinese and Japanese Governments to make its economy resilient. He added that, a possible APC Government’s core aim will hinge on Science And Technology, making it viable, to address the economic needs of the Country.
Dr. Hassan Ayariga, accused The NPP’s Flag-bearer, Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo, and The Flag-bearer Of The Progressive People’s Party, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, of doing little to solve The Country’s needs, when they had the opportunity to serve in The Kuffour Administration.
Responding to questions, with regards to the low turn-out of supporters at the launch, The Parliamentary Candidate, for the area, Yakubu Musah, attributed it to people going to work, even though it was a week-end. But the Candidate being naïve politically, contradicted himself, by saying that, residents of his Constituency are jobless.
He, therefore, promised to create more jobs for them. The launch, had a population of about three hundred and fifty supporters, bussed from Madina and other neighboring Communities within Accra.
