The Chairman Of Government Assurances Committee Of Parliament and Member of Parliament, for Ho West, Emmanuel Kwesi Bedzrah, said, The Minority in Parliament erred procedurally, in its quest to investigate The President, John Dramani Mahama, in the Ford Expedition Saga, involving a Bukinabe Contractor, Jibriel Kanazoye, in return being rewarded with juicy contracts.
According to him, The Minority hastened to violate, The Standing Order by refusing to serve The Clark of The House of their petition, for the purposes of records keeping and documentation.
The MP for Ho West, argued that, the reconvening of Parliament was needless and a total waste of time and resources.
Speaking to Host Fred Augustt, on The Political Spectrum, he said, The Minority envisaged that, they could bundle The Majority together to carry out their frivolous agenda since they do not have a message to tell.
Responding to the issue MP for Nsawam Adoagyir Frank Annor Dompreh, disagreed. According to him, lately, The President has come under siege for several wrong doings with the Ford issue as a case in point hence their request to call for a recall as an opportunity to redeem the image of The President..
He further refuted to assertions that, the grounds on which they mooted their investigations processes was wrong.
The Member Of Parliament for Nsawam Adoagyir, argued that, The Majority simply refused a bi-partisan approach to duly investigate the conduct of The President.
