The Hungarian Ambassador to Ghana Ambassador Andras Szabo, is urging Ghanaian business men and women to consider his country as a preferred destination for trade and commerce.
Speaking at a Business Forum as part of activities marking the Cultural Week of the Hungarian Community, he said, Hungary is bound with several potentials that will inure to the benefit of both countries.
He added that, their current location within the European Continent put them at a very strategic environment that most business men and women can take advantage over. “Our location within the Central part of Europe is essential to the growth of businesses. I will urge all and sundry not to gloss their eyes over such a welcoming opportunity” he advised.
The soft spoken Ambassador further reminded the Ghanaian community that, their Embassy is now open to business after it was closed down in 1987.
He said, the re-opening of the Embassy will further strengthen ties between Ghana and Hungary for mutual benefit.
Touching on hospitality, he argued that, Hungarians are hospital and cordial and that transacting businesses with them will enhance mutual economic growth. He cited former Foreign Affairs Minister and renowned Pastor Dr. Lawrence Tetteh among others as witnesses to his claims.
Confirming the claims of the Ambassador, Dr Lawrence Tetteh, said, Hungary is abound with several business opportunities hence the need to harness that potentials.
He admonished Ghanaian business men and women not hesitate in choosing Hungary to be their preferred destination of doing business.
In the area of education , Dr Lawrence Tetteh, said, Hungary gave him the needed education he required hence recommended their education to Ghanaians who may want to school in the diaspora.
