A natural food supplement produced by Medi Moses Prostate Centre to improve urine flow, Prostacure Herbal Tea, has been adjudged the Overall Best Made in Ghana product of the Year at the fourth Made-in-Ghana Product and Service Awards ceremony.
The awards ceremony, held at the State Banquet Hall, was organised by the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana to celebrate indigenous Ghanaian business personalities and industries.
The award was received on behalf of the Centre by Dr Moses De-Gaulle Dogbatsey, the Medical Director of the centre, and Mrs Juliana Adyzie Dogbatsey, the Administrator.
Thirty-seven other individuals and companies were awarded at the Entrepreneurs Awards night.
Dr Dogbatsey, in an interview with radioxyzonline said he was overwhelmed by the recognition the centre had received over the past three years and attributed the accomplishment to the meticulous and credible treatment and cure for benign prostate enlargement.
According to Dr Dogbatsey, a Principal Medical Officer and a specialist in plant medicine from the School of Medical Sciences of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, after training in orthodox medicine, he practised for 10 years at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and was later seconded to the Centre for Scientific Research into Plant Medicine at Mampong Akuapem to head the Clinical Research Department for five years.
