President John Dramani Mahama is set to address Chiefs and people of the Ga Traditional council and party supporters at the Ga Manste Palace at Kaneshie in the Okaikoi South Constituency.
The scheduled address is part of President Mahama’s campaign tour of the Greater Accra Region ahead of the 2016 general election.
President Mahama is also expected to tour parts of Accra including Kaneshie market, Abossey Okai Spare Parts area, Osu and Adabraka with his message of ‘Changing Live, Transforming Ghana.’
He is touring the capital city, asking Ghanaians to renew his mandate in the December 7 polls.
Meanwhile, the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC) has expressed optimism that it will garner 60% of votes cast in the Greater Accra Region.
Speaking to radioxyzonline ahead of President Mahama’s address of Chiefs and people of the GA traditional Council in the Okaikoi South Constituency, Campaign Coordinator of the Greater Accra Campaign team of the party, Sylvester Mensah, also hinted of capturing not less than 20 parliamentary seats in the region.
