The Police Service has denied reports in sections of the media suggesting that an injunction has been placed on their ongoing recruitment exercise.
In a statement, the service urged prospective recruits to disregard any such reports and go ahead and purchase recruitment forms from the various outlets announced.
“The attention of the Police Administration has been drawn to media reports of an injunction placed on the Police recruitment exercise currently on-going.
“The Police wishes to state that it has NOT received any court order to that effect. Consequently, the general public and would-be applicants are encouraged to go ahead with their application without any reservation,” a statement signed by the Public relations officer of the service Supt. Cephas Arthur noted.
Scores of individuals have stormed the various branches of the Ghana Commercial Bank across the country to purchase the forms of the service in the hope of getting recruited.
