Some residents of Heriage Court of  Devtraco Estate in The Tema Metropolis are leaving in perpetual fear following the barrage of armed robbery attacks within the community in spite of the tight security that surrounds them.

According to a resident and victim of robbery syndicate who spoke on behalf of his colleague residents, Ernest Hammond, the estate is a gated community, and residents are made to pay a monthly security fee of One Hundred and Fifteen Ghana Cedis, (GHC 115) as part of efforts to prevent thieves and unauthorized persons from entry.
