The New Patriotic Party’s Parliamentary Candidate for Ningo-Prampram Constituency, Sylvester Tetteh, has denied reports of brokering a deal with the incumbent Member of Parliament for The Area, Enoch Teye Mensah, following Sam George’s election as the Parliamentary Candidate, for The National Democratic Congress, in the up-coming Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
According to him, E.T Mensah has never been part of his campaign strategy, in the Constituency. The two times Parliamentary Hopeful reckoned that his Campaign Team, has been constituted and E.T Menasha was not given any role to play, neither was his name captured, as a member of the NPP Campaign Team.
He was quick to add that, although, a stalwart, such as E. T Mensah will never cross-carpet, to The NPP, the Leadership of his Party will embrace him whole-heartedly, should he decide to join The NPP. The Freight Forwarder cum Politician, stressed that, if anybody is losing the election, the fellow must concentrate on his or her campaign message rather than alleging that, the NPP has brokered a deal with E.T Mensah, to campaign massively against Sam George.
However, Sam George was reported to have maligned Hon E.T Mensah in the heat of their Parliamentary Primary, in Ningo-Prampram. The NPP Parliamentary Hopeful was further convinced that, he will take over from the incumbent Member of Parliament, Enoch Teye Mensah come November 7. He added that, E.T Mensah must be allowed to complete his term of office in peace.
Delving deeper, he said, the Constituents of Ningo-Prampram, have resolved to vote massively for The New Patriotic Party, and for himself, due to his humility, hard work and dedicated service.
