Trying to manage the situation, The Watering Hole managers explained in a statement that, “On behalf of The Watering Hole we would like to formally apologise for the events of last night. We understand that many of you are disappointed and we are currently in the process of working out how is best to solve the issue.”
Reggie N Bollie, in a statement copied Myjoyonline.com, said, “Hi guys. In relation to our gig in Cornwell on Saturday night, we were only contracted to perform 6 songs as part of a 20-minute set.”
According to the duo, who came second at last year’s X Factor UK final, they “were not involved/advised on the pricing and ticketing of this event.”
Nevertheless, they acknowledged that, “the crowd was amazing so we are sorry to anyone who was misinformed by the venue.”
